NOTE ON WATER MISCIBLE OIL PAINT - This is also called "water soluble or water mixable oil paint".  It is engineered so it can be thinned and cleaned up with water, thus avoiding the use of harmful solvents like turpentine, which is harmful when inhaled.  The paint is not water-based.  It looks and feels like traditional oil.  I use the brands Artisan by Winsor & Newton and Holbein's Duo Aqua Oil Color, considered to be the best because of the variety of color assortments and high pigment content. Water soluble paints dry slightly faster than traditional oil.
